Our Mentorship programs are designed to provide strategic guidance, clarity, and support for student-athletes and their families as they navigate recruiting, college readiness, and long-term academic decisions.
Mentorship focuses on planning and decision-making, not day-to-day academic execution.

College recruiting is more than exposure or talent.
It’s a process - with timelines, communication, academic benchmarks, and follow-through that many families struggle to manage on their own.
Our College Recruiting & Readiness Mentorship provides structured, ongoing guidance to help student-athletes navigate recruiting conversations, stay organized, and remain accountable throughout the journey.
This program lives under Mentorship because it’s about guidance, oversight, and long-term decision-making - not transactions.

Academic Management at Carpe Diem Academics is a high-touch, execution-focused program designed for student-athletes who need structure, accountability, and ongoing academic oversight during demanding seasons.
This program is ideal for families who want someone to actively manage the academic process, not just provide advice.
Academic Management focuses on weekly execution and oversight, including:
Weekly (1–2x) academic check-ins with the student
Oversight of assignments, grades, and deadlines
Executive-functioning support (organization, prioritization, follow-through)
Proactive identification of academic issues before grades slip
Accountability for school responsibilities
Support navigating heavy training, travel, and competition schedules
Coordination with parents to ensure clarity and alignment
Adjustments as academic and athletic demands change
In Academic Management, we help own the academic process alongside the student
To ensure clarity, Academic Management does not include:
Subject-specific tutoring
Homework help or teaching coursework
Test prep instruction (ACT/SAT)
Re-teaching class material
If a student needs subject-level academic help or test prep, tutoring and ACT programs are offered separately as add-ons.
Academic Management is appropriate for families who want weekly involvement and accountability.
Mentorship is better suited for families seeking strategic planning and recruiting guidance without day-to-day academic oversight.
Neither program includes tutoring.
